Women's Bible Study

To all Center Faith women and your family and friends. We are "very" excited that we are going to have a new Women's Bible Study Group. This will be on Thursday nights starting October 18th and it will run for 6 weeks. We will start at 6:30 at the home of Caroln Hathcock which is in Karns at 6978 Yellow Oak Lane, Knoxville TN 37931.

The study will be from the book called "Unglued" by Lysa TerKeurst. It's a six week bible study and she has a book and a Participants Guide for the study. The book is optional, however I do suggest you read it at some point. You will need to get the "Participants Guide" that goes with the study because it has the discussion questions that we will go through each week after we watch her dvd. The guide is available at both Lifeway and the Christian book store and on line. This study is to help us deal with the emotions that God has given us and how we use them to deal with

everyday life. We need to pray for the next few week's that God will use us as a group to make some “imperfect progress” together. The study will explain what "imperfect progress" is.

If you plan on joining us please let one of the following know so we will know how many to expect; Jama, Jill, Vicki or Carolyn.

I pray that this will be step "one" of many steps to come for Center Faith Women to reach out to others as a group, so please pray for God to grow us spiritually and to lead us to the next study when this one is finished.
